i have the LOD Armor Lite Rocksliders with the steel skid plates and have used them down in Moab as well as wind rock in Tenn. and i really do like them. the pictures below are recent and they were repowder-coated in February. I bought them when the first came out. I am going to try them out on...
yes sir. this is not your standard Overland. I have heavily modified this vehicle. I have thought about adding a snow plow to it, but for the cost to how much that i would use it does not add up. I will stay with the snow blower for cleaning my driveway off.
I am not here to hijack this thread because i was born in Toledo Ohio and learned how to plow snow when I learned how to drive using a 1974 Chevy Blazer with a full hydraulic plow in 1977.
However, i want to say that my Overland is not just for going back and forth to school but to play as hard...

As to the bumper itself, I would highly recommend this kind of setup because it is very versatile as you can see. i bought the bumper...

I am looking for another hood and a center console. it is a 1972 350 sl roadster and is all metric for the gauges. for a vehicle that was in germany for 13 years, the body is not in bad shape. it does have some rust in the wheel wells and three small spots in the floor pans. i have...

ok. you asked for it. the only change that i have not done myself is the gear change. i went from 373 gears to 456 gears. inside all of the speakers have been changed, there is a UHF, VHF, Hf ham radio, and a grms radio, trigger four switch system, DC and AC power in the bed as well as storage...
the whole idea behind the jeep adventure academy is to give those people who have never gone offroad or even placed their jeep in four high or low the chance to see what their stock or slightly modified jeep can do. one thing that i did learn doing this event this year was the number of people...
I did the JA academy for the Rubicon trail this year expecting to do the whole trail and yes I was a little disappointed that we only do about 2 to 3 miles and then turn around and go back the same way you went in. however, it did allow me to receive a better understanding of my vehicle and made...
