    Thanks, and the other half of the reason for the upgrade is to get away from the skinny rubber wheel. Too bad on paddles not holding the gear for a bit then returning to Auto, but it beats having to reach down, shift into M, up or downshift, then back into Auto again.

    I got a 5W solar panel that I suction cup to the windshield, facing west, and it hooks up directly to the OBD port to trickle charge the battery. No charge controller for this tiny panel I typically keep a backup key wrapped in foil in the glove compartment. Anyone else do this?
