I received my card today too. Had my first DW two days ago. 2020 Gladiator Rubicon 2in lift and 37s. Around 45k miles.

You guys have me feeling lucky. Had my JT exactly a year this month and no cracks.

For everyone doing the lift.. make sure you get an alignment or check it yourself if you can. I don’t have a pre lift alignment sheet so idk if it was out prior but here’s my post alignment sheet.

Rubicon here. With a bed full of tools and a winch and bumper I was getting 20hwy and 17-18 city on the stock MTs. Now on 37s I get about 16-18 combined..

Just a follow up .. I’m at 13k miles now and I haven’t had any issues (knock on wood) since my dealer repair. Hope everyone else’s experience is the same!

Agreed. It was quite a stretch on the rear brake lines. I just don’t have a lot of faith drilling a straight hole from the inside out with a standard drill and bit. Trying to imagine if I could get the inside drilled then center punch the inside of that outer bracket for a guide...

Same thing here. Took the doors off and got the error after putting them back on. Passenger mirror light but it was the driver door w 2 bent pins. Hard as hell to get in the floor board to see in the connector. I used a flat head and popped the connector off the mount so I could see inside it...

Lemon law in my state is 3 repairs for the same thing in the first 18 months of ownership. Sooo if they keep it for two to three months at a time then what.

Mine started at about 7k miles. Infrequently only at hwy speeds usually after hitting an expansion joint or pot hole. Then progressed to louder, more frequent, and at any speed above 40mph over a weeks time. great to hear that parts are on back order
