  1. Death Wobble settlement agreement in class-action case could mean reimbursement for some Jeep owners

I received my card today too. Had my first DW two days ago. 2020 Gladiator Rubicon 2in lift and 37s. Around 45k miles.
  2. Gorilla Glass

You guys have me feeling lucky. Had my JT exactly a year this month and no cracks.
  3. Daystar 2" Lift for Mojave

For everyone doing the lift.. make sure you get an alignment or check it yourself if you can. I don’t have a pre lift alignment sheet so idk if it was out prior but here’s my post alignment sheet.
  4. Fuel efficency

Rubicon here. With a bed full of tools and a winch and bumper I was getting 20hwy and 17-18 city on the stock MTs. Now on 37s I get about 16-18 combined..
  5. Front Axle Disconnect.

Just a follow up .. I’m at 13k miles now and I haven’t had any issues (knock on wood) since my dealer repair. Hope everyone else’s experience is the same!
  6. Daystar 2" Lift for Mojave

Agreed. It was quite a stretch on the rear brake lines. I just don’t have a lot of faith drilling a straight hole from the inside out with a standard drill and bit. Trying to imagine if I could get the inside drilled then center punch the inside of that outer bracket for a guide...
  7. 35s or 37s?

Just put on my “37s” lol Cooper AT3 XLT 37/12.5/17 Coopers website says 36 1/2in I mounted them up Saturday and at 35psi(haven’t chalked them yet) they are 35 1/2in front and 35 3/4in rear. They also only weigh 68lbs I believe. That was one of the reasons I chose them. seems they are more of...
  8. Daystar 2" Lift for Mojave

Sweet! You gonna do wheels and tires? Did you drill those holes for the rear shock extensions?
  9. Daystar 2" Lift for Mojave

I’m curious to see when you’re done what your axle centering looks like. My front is about 1/16th to 1/8th shifted to the driver side and the rear is closer to 3/16th to 1/4 shift. I’m not planning to add new track bars with those numbers. Just interesting that with a smaller puck in the rear...
  10. Daystar 2" Lift for Mojave

Unfortunately I had so many other things going on that I didn’t take pre install height measurements vs post. In regards to those bushings, I noticed that too. Some how by luck of the draw the drivers side bolts zipped right in with my impact wrench. For some reason the passenger side was a...
  11. Daystar 2" Lift for Mojave

I can’t really help w the Mojave part of this but I will let you know I did this exact lift in my driveway this week on my Rubicon. The paper instructions are crap.. there are at least two YouTube vids on installing this lift. I would advise watching them and seeing the tricks to get it...
  12. Gladiator Bike Rack?

I’m thinking about moving my axle mounts to the sides and mounting the bikes across the bed to make it easier to get to the axles when loading and unloading.
  13. Blind Spot Detection temporarily unavailable

Same thing here. Took the doors off and got the error after putting them back on. Passenger mirror light but it was the driver door w 2 bent pins. Hard as hell to get in the floor board to see in the connector. I used a flat head and popped the connector off the mount so I could see inside it...
  14. Front Axle Disconnect.

It sounds like it’s time to visit another dealer. I had to wait a few weeks but was never treated like it wasn’t a real problem.
  15. Front Axle Disconnect.

Just wanted to post a short follow up. My service guy has been the best despite the circumstances. He had heard about the back ordered parts so he just replaced my entire diff internal assemblies. I guess he could get the group set more easily than waiting for the one bushing... this guy gets...
  16. Front Axle Disconnect.

I must say that although I’m pretty pissed that there are no parts readily available to repair this issue “JEEP / FCA”.. my local dealership service manager has been a super standup guy. He took my truck today and said he would recheck everything and if anything else has been affected while I...
  17. Front Axle Disconnect.

Lemon law in my state is 3 repairs for the same thing in the first 18 months of ownership. Sooo if they keep it for two to three months at a time then what.
  18. Front Axle Disconnect.

So... I can’t get mad at my local dealership cause they’ve been as helpful as they can but I talked to them today and the earliest they will have parts to fix my FAD is April 7th. There is no way I’m going to keep driving with the noise and vibration it is making now.. if this isn’t a wide...
  19. Front Axle Disconnect.

Mine started at about 7k miles. Infrequently only at hwy speeds usually after hitting an expansion joint or pot hole. Then progressed to louder, more frequent, and at any speed above 40mph over a weeks time. great to hear that parts are on back order
