There are a couple folks on here running those. They have taken some pictures with their 12.5" tires showing how much they poke out. I will do some digging to see if I can find one. It will give you a close idea anyway.
Can you have base sport with max tow and add the cold weather option? I get pretty excited about heated steering wheel but don't really need all the other bells and whistles. I have gotten used to no frills with my work van and think I would be ok with it.
Yeah, Vancouver is wacky with the prices. I know a few people who moved away from there for that reason. They got a 3x larger house, several acres of land and all the toys for much less than they would have on the west coast. I still want to visit though. The mountains are calling my name.
