Yep pretty much; I'm gonna try checking voltage at the fuse; to ensure the relay is working. Other than that I'm lost on where the short/rub might be; then again the fuse didn't blow so I'm assuming not a short.
While I don't disagree with that recommendation - it appears the horn relay isn't like it used to be; it seems on 2020+ JL's /JT's it's solid state soldered on the computer board; and not the standard removable ones like were used to. I did check this on the wiring diagram posted on the forum...

Trust me when I say be sure and leave it and if you can - try not to run wires through it. If you drive down a dusty road or a dirt road and you don't have it or you have wires ran through it. The wires will keep it open and dust will come in to the cabin through it.... learn from my mistake.
If you park on a hill watch your Gas Level - below a certain level the remote start will not work - this has been a pain for me cause on level ground I show a bit over a 1/4 of a tank but parked on my hilly driveway I show below 1/4 of a tank and the remote start will not work.
