I have a 2020 Gladiator Saharah Launch Edition.

1) horn does not work from clock spring - but can hear relay activate
2) horn doesnt work from lock/unlock from key fob; can hear relay click;
3) horn doesnt work from panic button; can hear relay click;
4) removed horn applied 12v directly - both horns work fine.
5) checked for voltage with panic button alarm going off - could hear relay clicking; no 12v at the horn; removed the connector the horns go to; no 12v to pin 1 at that connector (assuming I've read the wiring diagram correctly) XY103A 1 in the box so assuming pin 1
6) did test 5 checking voltage at the connector same pin and pressing the horn on the steering column and nothing.
7) I have checked fuse 91 and it is good; Even replaced it for grins and giggles with another good new fuse.

At this point I'm not real sure where to look or what to check would love some suggestions.

Might just be bad contacts in the horn relay. Swap the horn relay with another of the same type/part number and retest the horn.

While I don't disagree with that recommendation - it appears the horn relay isn't like it used to be; it seems on 2020+ JL's /JT's it's solid state soldered on the computer board; and not the standard removable ones like were used to. I did check this on the wiring diagram posted on the forum and inside the fuse box and none of the removable relays were labeled horn. If you could direct me to which one to remove/swap I'll be happy to try it out.

Yep pretty much; I'm gonna try checking voltage at the fuse; to ensure the relay is working. Other than that I'm lost on where the short/rub might be; then again the fuse didn't blow so I'm assuming not a short.
