  1. Do you even wheel ?

Kyle and crew are fantastic, enjoy.
  2. Snazzberry Gladiator JT club

Not as clean as yours, but definitely trail capable!
  3. JTR rear lock flashing fix!!

If the dealers have an option and don't claim the regear is the cause, I'd definitely prefer to let FCA fix their design mistake instead of my footing the bill. Thanks! I'll call today to see what they say.
  4. JTR rear lock flashing fix!!

Hey Harold, just curious how your locker fix has held up over the past 12 months? We have almost identical situations, I'm pulling a small trailer on 37's and just today started getting the flashing indicator for my reat rear lockers. Your video of your fix looks pretty straightforward, do...
  5. Auxiliary LED Reverse Lights (Integrated Rear Bumper)

Yes, that was how I wired mine. None of the wires would pull out, even when tugging pretty hard. I can't swear the shrink wrap is 100% water tight, but the connections are up with the reverse light assembly so I felt fine.
  6. Auxiliary LED Reverse Lights (Integrated Rear Bumper)

I used the red (18-22 AWG) crimped butt joint with heat shrink tubing to seal it. Because the red size was larger than needed for the wire I used, it made it easy to split out. I could have just used a tap fitting to run to other side as well, but I wasn't sure how to seal those properly...
  7. So, what is everybody towing?

Neither. Our WDH seems like it does what we need.
  8. So, what is everybody towing?

Running a similar setup,GD 17 MKE on 37's with 3.5" lift, but we love it. I did regear to 5.13's after 6 months of towing on 4.10's. 4.10's were almost ok, but decided I needed more in the mountains of PA and VA
  9. Do you even wheel ?

Factory skids will get you through easier offroad trails, which is probably 90% of what JT's see, but if you're doing challenging trails regularly you're going to want some reinforcements/armour.
  10. Do you even wheel ?

We bought our first Overland JT last year to have a convertible truck, but took an Offroading 101 class with our son who wanted his own Jeep and found we both really enjoy the rock crawl experience and community. Now I drive a JTR and my wife has her own JLUR and we go wheeling as frequently as...
  11. Auxiliary LED Reverse Lights (Integrated Rear Bumper)

I used two diodes only because the plug-n-play wiring harness from Oracle had two lead outputs, one for each light, and I wanted to match that. What I read said the Roadmaster 792 diodes were good to 80 Amp, and Aux 4 only provides 15 amp, so from that perspective you'd be fine.
  12. Auxiliary LED Reverse Lights (Integrated Rear Bumper)

There is nothing necessarily difficult about doing the wiring per the diagram, just use good quality connectors, ideally heat shrink for protection. I used a lot of zip ties to keep the wire from the aux 4 lead bound to other wires above the frame. BTW - I received my lights and harness in...
  13. Auxiliary LED Reverse Lights (Integrated Rear Bumper)

I just rewired my Oracle lights to do exactly that, works off Aux 4 and in reverse. Used diodes from Amazon to provide the power isolation with both hots from each system going to the identical side of each diode (recommended by an earlier post) and a single line out to each light. Ganged the...
  14. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

After doing some damage to my wife's JLU exhaust, we put full Motobilt skids into both our Jeeps. Here's their skids for my 2021 JTR. Just be aware that even thouvh their instructions say that the JTR comes with all mounting locations ready, even the JTR requires that you add three provided...
  15. Pennsylvania Looking for spare wheels and tires.

I have a set of 5 that we took off my wife’s JLUR with a few hundred miles when we went to 35’s. $600 for all 5. We’re heading from the DC heading to AOAA to camp and wheel this weekend if interested.
  16. So, what is everybody towing?

I’m pulling a 17MKE that looks similarly sized, probably 5100 lbs loaded with my JTR on 37’s as well and spend way too much time at or above 5000 RPM in 4th gear trying (& failing) to maintain 65 mph on the rolling hills in VA, PA, and MD, so I’m ready to regear but struggling to decide between...
  17. Ultraflex Tonneau Cover *Update*

Great minds think alike…that’s our one year old Ultraflex cover migrated to our new Snazzberry JTR. Love that thing.
  18. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

Installed the security locking box from Diabolical under the backseat. Super simple swap out. I like that the panels open forward so they aren’t standing up and falling shut. Before anyone says it, these are the same hinges they use on the Slipstream with a fully trapped pin, there is no...
  19. Clayton 3.5" Overland+ Lift - WOW

I’m pulling a 23’ travel trailer frequently as well (likely 5500 lbs fully loaded) and an staying at 4.88’s as well based on the advice of a great local off-road shop here in MD. Just waiting to get ours delivered for installation.
