That makes sense. ESS is not designed to work with one battery. But if I am disabling ESS with the SmartStop module I should be good right? No more ESS events at that point.

I’m waiting for Mastertop to make one. I loved the one I had on my JK. Three piece—including the cable top—that zipped together. On and off in no time and stored on the Jeep. Nearly waterproof and high quality. I kept it on all summer. And only about $400. We need something like that. Come on...

I may regret it—but I’m leaning toward no extended warranty. I have never bought—or needed one—before and all of the financial gurus out there say it is a mistake. It’s kinda like Vegas—it’s designed for you to lose and them to win. There will be occasional winners—but the odds are against you.

I pull a 5500 lb camper and the sag is not bad—and zero with a weight distributing hitch.

Rubicon shocks and front springs, and a 3/4 inch front spacer are all that I will do to lift my MaxTow. Basically just leveled it. I run Rubicon takeoff wheels/tires everyday but switch to these 37’s on stock wheels for light trails.
