My driver side parts are being delivered today—smokin fast from AllMoparParts. Can someone give me a link to the best install video? Or multiple? Thx!!
Unfortunately this is nowhere near watertight (or even resistant!). We need something that utilizes surrounds and goes over the doors—and has no gaps with the wind stopper. Like the product for the wrangler pictured above. I would buy it today.
I’m so glad I went with Max Tow. I actually tow with mine so I did not want to do a big lift and lose that capability. Just added rubicon springs and 3/4 inch spacer to the front to get the 1.5 inch level. Left the Max Tow springs in the back—and put the rubicon shocks on front and back. I...
I’m with you. Why throw money away when there are so many deals to be had. Wheels and tires are dirt cheap, also picked up steel bumper, Rubicon suspension for my Max Tow. A fool and his money are soon parted! Don’t forget to flip your rear view mirror—cheapest mod out there—and one of the most...
I won’t buy it because it won’t keep the water out. I don’t see the point—just go with a bikini. I will say that Mastertop build quality is fantastic. I had the three piece top on my JK that was practically waterproof—and made very well. Hoping Mastertop makes something like that soon for the...
Question: if I only do the driver side I can still hit the button on the handle twice to unlock all the doors and the tailgate—right? That may be a dumb question. Trying to think through why I would bother doing the passenger side. Thx!
I picked mine up from a guy who changed his mind so I was able to get it pretty cheap. I love it. A added the factory skid plate and painted my tow hooks. No winch yet. Prolly gonna add lights next—I like the KC’s someone has earlier in this thread. Once I find a steel rear I will be done with...
They said they replaced the entire system. I’m guessing that means the part in the dash where the controls are—nothing under the hood. It took care of the issue. I have the most basic heater/ac in my Sport S—not sure I even have a “sync” button. Not sure if that helps you—good luck.
Max Tow with Rubicon shocks and front springs—and 3/4 inch spacer up front. Patagonia 37’s fit fine with no heavy articulation. I do switch back to 33’s when I tow the camper.
