Todd, many of us understand to be able to post on a free message board, there are ads and posts that help float the costs. If you don't like the post, you're free to ignore the thread.
I'll chime in...
Best gift: free time. There was a Father's Day in which I watched baseball all day, had some...
I voted "no" because of unnecessary cost and weight. However, I've always been jealous of the 4Runner rear power window going down, so if we could have a power window go down so it's all open, I'm game.
I like a little rake and have been kicking around 35" tires. I know I'll need at least a 1.5" inch spacer in the front to allow 35" tires. I have a '24 Jeep Beach which I believe is a similar spec to your High Tide. This gives me a great idea of how it'll stand.
I've always had a soft spot for the (real) Defender.
Sorry, I couldn't help it...I had to A.I. it as a Jeep with the Anvil 715 front end...yes, I need to step away from the keyboard.
I have not personally served, but my father was a proud member of the Navy. While others may have additional perspectives, I find Jeep's strong connection and commitment to the U.S. military to be highly commendable.
I know it's marketing and decals, but I'd rather have Jeep lean into its...
Congrats and welcome to the forum
I've been on a lot of car forums and this is one of the best forums for vehicle knowledge and consistent content and information. If you need any info on your Rubicon, this forum should have it. And if not, as you probably know, the Gladiator is...
I get the "oh it's another sticker package" response, but when you factor the Convoy series (like the Shadow Ops) plus the 12-for-12 releases, there may be up to 15 different "packages" for the 26-27 model year.
It's a marketing strategy to make as much excitement over mixing and matching...
What's your dream build for a Wrangler or Gladiator?
Be as detailed or brief as you want. This could be for you or your family.
Build: Wrangler 3-row Overlook Concept
Yes I know the 3-row is never going to happen because of the Grand Cherokee L, but I'd rather have a Wrangler 3-row than a GC...
LOL. I don't think they're worried at all. In almost 100 years, the United States men have never even been in the finals. Their best finish was the first year of the event - 3rd place in 1930. That's not a typo. :CWL:
Our American ladies, on the other hand, are a different story ⚽
I would pay good money to drive a Ford Butthole. I would just wait for someone to ask me about mileage. I would say "I have a ton of miles on my Butthole." Of course I would follow that statement with a Michael Scott timed "That's what she said".
Yes I'm eternally 14 years old. "That's what...
I personally love the fact that Ford is building on the success of the Maverick. I don't mind that it's pulling from a nostalgic nameplate. I'd much rather have the option to buy a cool little truck with a classic name than some re-hashed Prius looking shiitmobile that seems to be infiltrating...
So for those scoring at home, the success of the Wrangler has prompted the following resurrections:
2021 Ford Bronco
2025 Toyota Land Cruiser (the 250 Series is much more of a Wrangler competitor than the bloated 200 series)
2027 Scout Traveler (International Scout)
2029 GMC Jimmy
2029 Nissan...
First off, yes, free advertisement. I'll jump in. I'll buy everyone named "Jennifer" a brand-new Wrangler when either Jennifer Aniston or Jennifer Lopez go out on a date with me. [double squirt of binaca].
Second. Man oh man. How do I say this. Ahem. This could get interesting.
Yes, the Dark Sky includes the Mojave hood with no Hydro-Guide. I know Dirt Road Cred talks about the beauty of Hydro-Guide system but it's always in reference to their AMW V8s.
