The dealer checked it out and the gears are good. Everything was covered by the warranty. Thank you for your input everyone, and that 10mm even made it back to my toolbox, for now....
Last weekend I did a small checkup of my Gladiator and noticed that the rear differential fluid was pretty dark. I only have 3600 miles and I know a lot of the wear happens in those first couple thousand miles. I decided to order the fluid and swap the fluid in both axles.

I got the stock tires sold and reprogrammed the new tires with Jscan. The app worked great and only took one bit of fine tuning. For my 315/70r17s a tire size of 33" in the app nailed the speeds according to GPS and a speed limit sign. I'm really loving this Jeep!
Has anyone taken their Gladiator into the dealership after using the Jscan app? I'm curious what kind of footprint it leaves and if it will cause any issues. I used mine to fix tire size as well as turn the hood alarm on and allow the fog lights to run with the high beams.
