I've got Yakima Big Catch Saddles on Core Bars, on top of my ARE CX Truck Cap. Once you figure out how to get the kayak on top (and down...) it works pretty well, with minimum effort. Before the truck cap, the saddles were on my round bars above the cab.
Yes, I have used them on dusty trail twice so far and the guys following me mentioned how great it was to be able to see me in the dust both times. I've also used them on the highway when it's raining so bad that you loose the cars in front of you. I'm sure that whoever was following me was...
I have the Gazelle T4 tent which has a length of 67.5" in the carrying bag and it fits if you get it in sideways a little, or lift one of the end. At 63" length in the carrying bag, the T4 Plus should be even easier to fit. My G5 Gazebo is 63" in the bag and fits well in the back of the truck...
We did mention it quite a few times... I got tired of waiting and ended up installing a KC Hilites Cyclone (in Amber...) to my rear bumper and wired it to my Rough Country MLC-6. 🤷♂️
I just replaced my side steps with those today. I really like them, they offer rock protection and a usable step. And they look good doing it! Like many I wasn't considering them because of the MSRP ($1500 CAD), but I found a set of take offs that were $350 CAD. I know a deal when I see one... :)
I replaced the Mopar Side Steps that came from the dealer when I got my JT with the Mopar Performance Rock Rails. I was looking into replacing the steps with some rock rails since day one, but I really liked the practical aspect of having steps to tie down my kayaks. With the Performance Rock...

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. I need to look at their install instruction and compare to what my bumper is covering to confirm, but I'm pretty sure that it won't work.
Anyone installed one of these with the Rugged Ridge Venator bumper? I like the concept but I'm worried that the "center bottom bumper shell" would be in the way. It's not a skid plate per se, but it's pretty close...
From what I understand from the text in red in the picture I've attached, the OEM Size Load capacity for the size I entered is 10% higher because it's a passenger type tire installed on a light truck. The load overage is negated when installing an LT type tire. So to match the original tires...
I must admit that I did not, however I'm using the numbers on the door sticker, which doesn't start with a P, so I assumed that it was Metric and not P-Metric.
Also, from what I can find on the Bridgestones website, the Dueller in that size is a Metric one, not P-Metric. I could be wrong, but...
I've been using Tire Pressure Calculator (tiresize.com) to give me a better idea of the pressure I should be running in my KO2. I haven't done a chalk test yet, but I'm planning to do one to confirm. So based on that I've been running my KO2 at 39 psi. That is to achieve the same load capacity...
Overland Bound also has a pretty good Canadian presence on their forums and organize all kinds of meets. It's also a good place to find "Overland" people if you don't want to get on FB. It's also more civilized...
The Scepter Military Cans come in 20L and 10L size and are hands down the best fuel carrying cans I've ever came across. A bit hard to find at a reasonable price and they need an add-on fuel spout but I think they're worth it. They also make and sell excellent water cans.

I had ACC on my previous vehicle (Kia Sedona) and I loved it! I wish I had it on my JT. But it is a driver aid, not a crutch. You still have to pay attention to what is happening around you. It actually helps improve your situational awareness since you can spend slightly more time looking...
