100%. Same swing gate, same problem, even cracked the steel where the pivot goes through the bumper.
You nailed it on 35-inch as max, otherwise the tire covers the tail light....
I welded in a plate on the back side, plus flat bar vertical reinforcement plus a gusset on the arm that connects...
I know about the 2020 TSB. Anyone see one for 2021?
Yes. I am that lucky.
Running 38's and having "dead center" issues. Hoping to find help on a solution.
I have seencthe threads on fixes and parts. I am hoping to deal with the steering box first, though.
Thanks for any help!
I had a similar problem, plus other electronics related issues. Dealer blamed oversized tires that weren't programmed. Put Tazer Mini in, programmed, problems went away. Seems like hocus pocus logic to me, but ot worked so far.
All hardware included except one bolt. If I find it, it goes with it. (Edit: found it!)

Also went with the OEM flares. Fronts were easy. Rear, had to drill extra / new holes as they don't line up. Instead of replacing the plastic rivets, which require their own tool to install (PITA) I found aluminum large head regular rivet. Works with standard hand held rivet tool.

The center grease fitting can usually be reached by rotating the drive shaft. Easiest to do when on a hoist, but can do by lifting axle onto jack stands, chocking the other, and placing in neutral to spin the shaft until you can reach it. Had this exact style on my custom TJ drive shaft.

If you have the Tazer Mini you can program the aux switches to ON with that as well, instead of the dealer.
I did this install as well, really like the OE fit and look of the OEM panel.
The ARB diff covers come with a dipstick, and both the dipstick and drain port have magnets. Easy to check / top up / replace fluid without pulling the cover (although you should, and you know it ;)).

I have this installed. Relatively straight forward install. Strong and light, as it is forged aluminum.
Load ratings are on their site. For the ACS forged version:

Ran a built TJ, had that thing for 17 years, and it was a ton of fun. Excellent for what is does. I had permanently removed the rear seats. Now, with more people in my world, the crew cab configuration became a requirement.
I like my JT, but things to consider:
1. MUCH longer wheel base, lose...
Finally some math.
One of the stresses added to the system is caused by scrub radius on the front axle. Forgetting to deal with this causes a lot of stress on steering components. So while some may like the look, dealing with stresses is more important IMO.

First off, thanks to everyone for the posts on routing the main power wires up to the battery. I went with the idea posted by khockey02. Will pay attention to any rub points and jacket the wire if needed.
Also, there is another way to think about winch sizing. If you go to a double line pull...
