As others have said, install the 3 bolts until about a 1/4" is left and tap the bolt heads with a hammer working your way around the bolts. I would also try soaking it in some PB Blaster to help loosen it up.
I would also highly recommend you clean up the axle shafts prior to reinstalling...
Do you think the 3/4" RJ spacer was enough or do you think it should have been about 1". I am about to order some flat bar and was looking at 1" thick.
I took the Gladiator to the dealer last week and they called me to tell me that my rear driveshaft carrier bearing was bad after 48K miles. Of course, they gave me a hard time about my lift causing the issue which I installed a 3.5" MetalCloak lift back at 4400 miles. I think I tore it up on my...
So I was thinking and wondering if anyone has ever drilled and tapped the lower ball joint area to insert a set screw to help keep the lower BJ from coming out when breaking an axle shaft? I know BJ delete keep this from happening but other brands do not support the lowers from coming out of the...

Well it’s been about 6 months since I had it at the dealer and now out of warranty. It would also be a finger pointing on who did what. Plus it’s a few weeks to even get it into the dealer. This mess up is the reason I do my own work, but since they covered the seal replacement it was easier to...
So the last time time the dealer replaced the front axle seals they fubared my front fill plug. I’m going to have to drill or chisel it out! I am trying to find the thread size so I can get a replacement. Lots of websites have conflicting information as to what the proper plug is. Anyone know...
So I installed A truck toolbox early this year and recently I started to notice the bed rail covers were starting to collapse. Today I decided to pull them and see what I could do to beef them up. The area I need to beef up is about 1-1/2” wide by 22” long and 3/16” deep. I can’t decide if...
Ok sounds good. I notice with driving the Jeep at highway speeds the voltage stays constant at 12.7 but when letting off the accelerator the voltage goes up to 14.1 and goes back down to 12.7 at idle. The new battery was on the charger all night. Everything seems to function correctly. I just...
I had the dreaded dead aux battery over the weekend and decided to delete the aux battery after replacing the main battery Sunday afternoon. I put the new battery on the charger overnight however this morning the Jeep started fine but now my voltage is only showing 12.6 on the instrument...
I’m looking to replace my factory steering components and having a hard time deciding whose system to run! I love MC but know there are other systems out there. I live in Florida so very minimal rock crawling if any at all! Is the aluminum the better option over the steel? Or would the steel...
@Justinswidebody
Here you go! I dont have my factory connectors to compare and all my broken oracle lights are at the house. But this should get you in the ball park.

Also where are you getting the tail light assy? and would you be willing to just sell the panels themselves with...
Those look killer! I can't wait to hear how the testing goes. Have you had any issues with code errors? Im sure the JSCAN or Tazer will prevent any problems.
So when should we start the waiting list? ;)
Modern Muscle Extreme has ported upper and lower intakes for the 3.6L for different applications. They have a whole line of products for the 3.6 in the Jeep platform. That is where I am getting the Hemi TB conversion kit.

I am looking at adding an 80mm Hemi Throttlebody to my JTR, but not sure if I can make the factory tubing work. Most of those that have done the swap also run a cold air intake with a boot to step up the size from the CAI to the bigger throttle body, this seems to be the workaround for the NA...
