So I ordered a set of Cavfab diff covers and will hopefully get them installed this weekend. I reached out to Cavfab on fluid quantity since their website didn't specify how much oil to use. They said they didn't have an exact amount but recommended I fill to just below the fill plug. I know these are similar to the Motobilt Covers and MB specify a quantity amount. Has anyone used Cavfab covers and how much oil did you use?

Thank you! So did the fluid start dripping out of the fill plug or did you just put those amounts in there and call it good?

Differentials should always be filled to the proper level, regardless of quantity. On stock diffs with stock pinion angles, the correct level is the level of the fill plug on the factory cover.

I filled them to stock height, which is a bit below the fill plug levels.
