why not try to rent something for the weekend that is close to what you want and see how it does before you put down a big pile of money.

if you don't need 37's then go with 35 if you plan a lot of towing. It will lower your CG a little and be little less work to turn.
A regear won't hurt. 4:10 or 4:56.
Even with the upgraded cooling i think the EcoD will still get toasty oil or at min high EGR's. My gut tells me the jeep...
Good video, I now see how ECS made the eliminator work... shim under race, no shim in front of yoke.
I bought my bearing parts piece a year ago, before ECS had a eliminator. Now i know, ECS has a slightly different kit that changes shim location to keep you from machining the eliminator...

You need to run a forced regen, using jscan or tazer or other diagnostic tool. It triggers resets that just high rpm won't fix.
If a forced regen doesn't fix it then you likely have a broken part.
looks like the KC part is a second piece like a clam shell. it's likely they have use adhesive to hold the 2 pieces together. Try putting a heat gun to it and gently prying.
I like the idea of a dedicated oil cooler for a oil. I am glad your solution works and keeps the oil temps down.
I do want to ask about EGT's; oil temp and EGT's are proportional to added work/load. My concern is you knocked the oil temps down, but are now cooking the turbo and down tubes...
yeap, as much as a my wife gave me a hard time about ordering a all white for Tucson, I am glad I did. I really wanted Gobi but stuck to my guns after living with a black XJ in tucson for 10 years...
OP, another thing that helps a lot, is getting your front windshield tinted with clear...
You can remove the speed sensor using a long ball end Allen without removing the rotor.
Did you remove the Allen bolt holding the rotor to the wheel bearing?
Only took 2 years....
