  1. Has anyone with manual trans regeared?

    As you can see above I did the 4.88’s w 35’s. After a year I’m happy w 4.88’s. I’m glad I didn’t do 4.56.
  2. Anybody heard anything about this?

So I found an OEM soft top on Facebook and switched to that. I’ll echo the same comments as above. The RR top is ok, but can be loud on long highway drives. If you can afford the OEM top, it’s better. But the RR top is ok if you want to save some money and don’t mind the noise. I still have the...
  3. ISO PICS: Badland Apex winch with stock steel bumper with mopar winch bar- Can it fit with Mopar bar?

I used the Grimm off-road plate. It seems to allow more room than some of the pictures I’m seeing here. That said, I did end up trimming the handle. I used a band saw and cleaned up the edges. It’s a 5 min task and it looks fine when done. I spend another $1000 on a winch just to avoid...
  4. ISO PICS: Badland Apex winch with stock steel bumper with mopar winch bar- Can it fit with Mopar bar?

I have that setup. This is the only pic on my phone but yeah, no problems, it works well.
  5. yukon gears ?

I put Yukon 4.88’s in mine this spring. 15,000 miles or so since. They set up easy and I haven’t noticed any whining or problem. I did follow the break in procedure closely. I’ve also heard things about Yukons since I put mine in but my experience has been really good. Their diff covers have...

Thanks for the reply. It’s a good price but I’m looking for something slightly less gigantic!

  8. Where did you buy your 5lb propane tank?

I got mine refilled yesterday from the local propane supplier. $4.98. Obviously quite a bit better value than the green cans…
  9. Illinois Rugged Ridge Voyager Soft Top

Used but excellent condition Rugged Ridge soft top. I bought it in March and ended up finding an OEM premium top locally. Local pickup only. $650 OBO
  10. July pre-order for EPIC Kraken Tire Inflation System for Jeep Wrangler & Gladiator (JL/JT) is live!

The mopar slush mats are the reason I went looking for a different place to run the harness. Glad I’m following instructions after all!
  11. July pre-order for EPIC Kraken Tire Inflation System for Jeep Wrangler & Gladiator (JL/JT) is live!

The only part of the instructions that I didn’t follow was where to bring the harness into the cab. There is a drain plug under the passenger seat almost exactly where the plug for the compressor sits. I ran it there instead of under the carpet and floor mat.
  12. July pre-order for EPIC Kraken Tire Inflation System for Jeep Wrangler & Gladiator (JL/JT) is live!

Mine came yesterday and the install was done within an hour and a half after the fedex truck pulled away. Surprisingly easy install. I picked up some extra 3/8” push to connect fittings and will be able to air up MTB tires at the trailhead, air up other truck’s tires, etc with this system in...
  13. Where did you buy your 5lb propane tank?

Ignik for me too. It’s a nice kit ready to go. The fire can is next on my list.
  14. Jacking points on JT for Hi Lift jack?

The rubi rock rails will lift the truck w a hi lift no problem. I can vouch for it. Also the rock rail behind the rear wheel. I’ve jacked off of it and its solid too.
  15. Who has managed to get 4.88 gears in the last 2-3 months?

I got a set of 4.88 Yukons from Northridge 4x4 a few weeks ago. They were perfect.
  16. Anybody heard anything about this?

I agree that the OEM one is nicer. I’ve tried to express that with my posts on this topic. If your looking for the nicest soft top on the market, this isn’t it. However, I got this on sale for $800 and a new OEM one was $2500. I waited 7 months for the mythical facebook marketplace or...
