OP, your new and rebuilt axles need to be broken in like a regear job. Metal and stuff is normal.
I just had spicer 4.88s installed by East Coast Gear Supply. Heavy humming on the throttle from 45-55. They tore out the gears and completely rebuilt it under warranty (great shop), same sound...
you have a '21 so you have the new steel steering box and I highly doubt there's any issue there. TBH you could drive without a steering stabilizer and there wouldn't be slop in the steering if all else was ok. The stabilizer just deadens any harmonic bouncing from one wheel to the other...
well I dumped my diffs and there were no huge metal shavings and the oil still looked kinda good as it was only 6000 miles old. Im starring to think it's not the diff at all. maybe a wheel bearing or something?
I have a Mojave with the M210 rear. I've developed a high pitched while around 65mph and I think the pinion bearing is failing. I'm running 85/140 non-synth Lucas diff oil. Should I switch back to the stock oil? Has anyone else had issues once their pinion angle changes with oiling?
One warning: The front suspension has has the hydrolic bump stops which may be wider than the stock ones. The upper spring isolators may not fit correctly. Also the Mojave's springs index on the bottom isolator, not the top like the other lifts. You'll need those bottom spring pads as well...
Are you still running stock track bars? If so get rid of them and get it centered. The non-adjustable stock track bars are too short and suck in general. You get a lot of road noise and vibration transferred into the body from them. I have the same tires and I run them at 28PSI (a little...
those shock extensions look like they'd rip right off. You get what you pay for in this department. Any JT kit should work, you just need to drill out the front shock extensions for the Fox's bigger bolt size. I used a $60 stepwise drill-bit and mine came out perfect.
everything you need JT specific. I love them!

That's what I thought too originally, but the factory tires are a D class and the Baja Boss M/Ts are a C class. Totally different load ratings so totally different psi. The recent cold snap had me drop from 28 to 24 and I hadn't noticed. Now I'm hovering around 29psi cold which is a pretty...
Wow. I’ve never experienced this and we’re high up in the mountains now & temps dropped so my psi is WAY down. I’ll boost em and report back after the trip home. Thanks!!
Hey y’all. I just lifted my gladiator with the EVO Elements 2.5” kit with front control arm brackets and shock spacers. I have Mickey Thompson Baja boss M/Ts in 37” that I’ve already been running for 8K miles. I never heard this sound before….
I’m on the highway at like 70-80. I start to...
