I believe it’s been a game changer for them. Not a single sign of wear or pitting and I do NOT baby or take care of them outside an occasional car wash.
if I could do it again- I’d have gone with something like THIS in matte bronze 17”.
With that said, these have been a good wheel. I ceramic coated them and have done nothing but normal washing for likely coming up on 2 years now. Summer trail mud and New England salt and snow winters and they...
The photos here may help.

Thank you. It’s still holding up excellent even in New England weather. I thought I posted some better details of how I did it, maybe I can find it. It didn’t take me long really.
Nearly new, maybe a month or two. Was using it in my wife’s JL until she got a phone mount and short USB cord to charge. Since it’s apple play anyway while charging she doesn’t use this anymore.
Small piece of velcro on the back where I stuck it to the side of the console. Perfect shape, no...
Can’t recall where I got it, but I bought the bypass extension cable. Pain to install that, but once done it’s a piece of cake anytime you need to use it again.
That’s crummy to hear. Unfortunately it may be a game of who answers the phone. Working for a HUGE company I can relate to that.
Reaching out direct here was the avenue I went with. Not a single complaint from me over something that wasn’t even their issue.

Well the team at @Bestop went well above and beyond. My wife was beyond impressed when she opened the package to find her needed part. Was even more...
Forgot about that option. They’ve come down hard on the sticker overlays on steering wheels etc. You tend to see them now advertised as:
“Only selling the letters PJEE. These letters fit in many locations such as a vehicles steering wheel logo. These are letters only and may be arranged to...
Great, thank you. I was aware of the Mojave from prior reading. Would prefer that one but gets speedy when you start accumulating all the pieces.
This rubicon hood may be our as my paint quote from a buddy was $700. Says hoods are a pain in the ass and front and back needs a good chunk of money...
Looking to snag this JL hood to swap onto my overland (sport) hood.
As far as we know the JL and the JT hoods are a direct swap correct? Sorry for the thread- I realize it’ll likely be a one post-er and done. ALSO- $350 seems more than fair to me, do you agree? I’ll then sell my sport hood...
Nothing against you at all, but Amazon. Becoming such a shady cesspool of fake reviews to bump up crap products. I’ve always relied heavily on reviews to buy a good product, but now it’s entirely a leap of faith it seems.
fortunately this only seems to apply to odd knockoff type Asian products...
Selling my clearlidz and looking into JeeTops specifically for wind/road noise reasons only. Anyone know if the JeeTops is finally dialed in? Heard lots of old reports or issues from minor to mildly concerning etc.
