I used to work for a tier 1 to the oems. There are not test mules unless the vehicle is going into production, or unless they’re testing a plug and play system like ford and the 7.3 Godzilla crate package in a mustang. I doubt they’d use a gladiator for that purpose, for the aftermarket stuff...

If that happened to me on something I ordered, I would walk away on delivery day. Gladiators are not unique, I'm sure there is one sitting on a lot somewhere with all the options and boxes ticked. Even if its a 4hr drive, it's worth it to get what you want.

If you want ACC, and it isn't on your truck, don't settle for not getting it. And I highly recommend getting it. Walk away, show the sales manager and GM these texts, and it will get your deposit back. This guy is an idiot, ACC has been on JL/JT since day 1 release.
