Here's my take having owned 3 Tundras and now the Gladiator. The Tundra is better if you travel, have kids, and are bigger. The space and power is great. The Gladiator is better if most of your driving is around towns and cities. I live in a suburb outside of Nashville and it is great on county...
Just a Readlift 2.5" front spacer on a 2021 Max Tow. It sits .25" high in the front now. Looks level to the eye. Once I put a winch on it I imagine it will sag another .25" or more so will be perfectly level or have a bit of rake back which is what I want.
2.5" front spacer lift on Max Tow. Wanted to keep ride close to factory as possible and putting bumper and winch on whenever it finally ships. Didn't want it to look stuffed with 35s. Tires are 35x12.50r17 Yokohama Geolandar X-AT on factory wheels.
Yeah I went square on ditch lights. Funny I always thought round as ditch lights look a little off on the JT as I think square matches lines around windshield. I do prefer round on bumper lights near the headlights though. I'm really not passionate about it one way or the other though. Like you...
I'm surprised how many here echo my experience. I was a Toyota truck fanboy for years. Always swore I'd never own a Jeep (no truck option at the time) and was leary of domestics. Had 3 Tundras and 1 Tacoma. I never enjoyed driving fullsize around town and the Tundras just feel bigger than they...
Wife got me the Baja Designs A-pillar brackets. I already had the BD lights. I put them on this morning but not wired up yet. Also saw this random plug on the driver's side, any ideas?
Just put Yokohama Geolandar X-AT 35x12.50r17 on my Gladiator Max Tow. Stock wheels with 2.5" front spacer. Sits .5" high in front but waiting to put rear spacer on after bumper and winch to see if I get any front sag.
Tires ride super smooth and minimal noise. Couldn't be happier with their...
Good news. Got the new brackets from Readylift and threw them on this morning before work. No issues. I did notice that they appear different than the original set that came with the lift. The powder coat texture was different and appeared better which I know is cosmetic but also I noticed the...
Spoke to Readylift again after sending them pictures. They are sending new brackets. Customer service has been good. Hope this helps anyone with the same issue and hopefully the new brackets will fit.
Thanks for the video. I had the same feeling he did thinking it would be a fast install because I've done numerous suspension swaps on other vehicles.
I drilled the bottom bolt like he did. The through holes on the bracket are just to low though and would be physically impossible to get any...
