I have no idea what filter they used, but it was around 6k miles prior to that picture.

That’s my issue. It was changed about 6k miles before that photo. That’s why I was asking about having them prove that was my motor.

Man I don’t know. That’s why I’m curious. The service advisor sent me a text asking when was the last time I changed my oil then sent me a pic of the oil filter. I hate dealerships so I’m sure they would find a way to “prove” it. Ya know?

thanks man. That’s why I’m curious. Until I can produce proof. Is there a way to make them prove sludge? Now that the engines been pulled out I’m sure they “already got rid of the motor”. I regret not digging into this a lot more, I just need my vehicle

So after all the crap that’s been going one with my Gladiator, turns out I have the have a new engine dropped in. My JT has 58k miles so I was at least happy powertrain would cover it. The deal ship, however, sent me a picture text of black oil on the oil filter and said there was “sludge” in it...

Just wanted to update- I pulled the fuse array and tested each one. Discovered the N3 is blown. Thanks everyone for your helpful replies! ??????

I appreciate the tips. I’ll try that today. I have a digital meter. I’ve tried locating a video or something on how to test the array but no luck. I ordered a new high current fuse array from mopar just in case that’s part of the issue ( if not, it’s good to have an extra). I’ll give it a go...

Thanks for that response, man. By high current fuse, do you mean the array that’s connected to the end of the pdc? See picture. I assume so as another member told me to check the N5 and two others which are on that array. My only hiccup is I don’t know (haven’t been able to find a how to) check...
