I guess the "why not" is just because it's such a pain to get to. What I'm really asking, is will the module interfere with the flashing/programming process?

I may have to take my truck to the dealer to have a spare PCM installed/flashed soon. Will it be necessary for me to remove the bypass module I installed to use my AlphaOBD?
