  2. EOC Oil Separator Install

Won’t hurt combustion, but the issue is intake contamination. Oil mist mixes with EGR soot and slowly builds sludge on intake runners, swirl valves, sensors, and the intercooler. Adds up, and makes a difference over time, but will still result in certain bottlenecks and further maintenance down...
  3. EOC Oil Separator Install

Understandable and in the bigger scheme, lets be honest, it is expensive, but so is the Gladi, so one can argue it's stomachable if it works

  6. Window Armrest Extender (3D Print)

totally agree I think I would make something like yours with some molle and maybe something added to the stabiliser. I think I might press the edge that is on the plastic a bit too much and leave a scratch or something :rock:very cool though
  7. Window Armrest Extender (3D Print)

reminds me of the ones they make fot the LC https://www.4wheeling-merchandise.com.au/travelers-armrest I like the idea with the pockets etc
  8. Badlands Apex 12,000 electric cable size.

If you follow instructions it will be fine, but for heavy duty use, or not following cool down... going heavier sure is smarter
  9. Tazer losing memory?

  11. 2025 Gladiator 3.6L Oil Analysis

Nah, doubt it (also). Pretty much already nice and corroded :D all doors and hood. Was meant to be a vehicle that gets used, not collected. We work IT and a lot of home office or 7 miles to the office. Also gets used for the dog training and going to the forrests, some search and rescue, as...

  13. 2025 Gladiator 3.6L Oil Analysis

What is your experience so far with the baxter adapter? Did you just use the Jt one or the universal? Wouldn't their claims also be confirmed with the oil analysis done? Just interesting to hear from someone one reads a lot of and often can agree with, rather than the sales pitch.
  14. Add 850w heavy duty cooling fan to 3.6L Gladiator that didn't come with it. ( no Tow Package or Max Tow )

but it would make sense, as the diesels did run hot anyway :)
  15. Add 850w heavy duty cooling fan to 3.6L Gladiator that didn't come with it. ( no Tow Package or Max Tow )

Interesting and I do like this idea. But... I wish I could toggle it myself. Why? It is not bad that the oil gets up to proper tempereature on the normal commutes, because we only once in a while reach those upper temps when offroading or going on the Autobahn. How hard is the install, cutting...
  16. Add 850w heavy duty cooling fan to 3.6L Gladiator that didn't come with it. ( no Tow Package or Max Tow )

yet I can feel a disturbance in the force and can hear your brain going vroooom, "but I should have a look, get my hands on one to compare, or even try it. Why shouldn't I?" 😇

  18. Add 850w heavy duty cooling fan to 3.6L Gladiator that didn't come with it. ( no Tow Package or Max Tow )

Not bad having a look anyway, the vin is not always 100%, albeit I haven't heard of many cases of Gladiators with wrong vin buildsheets.
  19. Passanger side wire harness connector loos and broken wheel arch liner (trailside)

So that christmas tree pin is kinda worn but I seated it as best I could. You can see some wear on the cable and where it sat on the coil bucket rubbing away the dinitrol rust protection coating
