Not getting the LED package might be the single dumbest think you can do when getting a Jeep and I should know….my 22 overland had stock halogens. The amount of issues I had with multiple different brands of LED lights is crazy. I ended up buying the factory LED’s and could be happier. What’s...
I had the factory lights in place for 5 months with zero rust. I installed the Oracles and within a month I have rust. Not having the foresight to use good quality stainless hardware on a part that A. Doesn’t sit flush as to not let water in and B. Is completely exposed to water from the...
To be fair addressing the issue would be them no longer selling lights with the rust prone hardware or recalling ones that need the new hardware. How many people do you think installed these lights and never went back to remove or inspect them again. Surface rust isn’t a problem until it becomes...
Well the issue is that the screws rubbed off some of the paint so while it may be surface rust now it could have become a much bigger issue down the line. I’m not the only one who’s had the paint issue. The lights never worked anyway so I removed them.
It’s funny because I only got these lights...
If you have a 22 Gladiator without the LED package I wouldn’t recommend the Oracle LED tail lights. For one as we are all aware they are not plug and play like they are advertised. You have to install a second relay that might or might not work. Also the hardware quality used by Oracle is no...
Yes I should have read up. I’m just going to re-install my factory tail lights and try and return these. @ORACLElights should be more transparent about the fact that these lights don’t work as advertised.
Well you were correct, now my reverse lights don’t work after installing the resistors. I might just shut can these lights. My dealer charges $175 to reprogram and don’t know if I want to play Russian roulette with my warranty by buying a programmer. I never would have bought these if I knew...
My dealer charges $175 to do a program flash and that’s the cheapest of all 5 Jeep dealers I called. This isn’t a good answer. Buying a Tazer or a Jscan and possibly voiding your $50k vehicle’s warranty also not a good option.
Hello, I have a 22 Gladiator overland that came with the halogen lights. I recently installed a set of factory LED headlights and had the dealership flash the PCM. The headlights work great as do the halos. I then installed a set of the Oracle LED tail lights and they are causing errors. When...
Selling a set of DV8 Off-Road LED headlights. They are clones of the factory LED’s and are completely plug and play. I had these on my Jeep for 3 months with no issues.
The DV8 Offroad HLCJL-01 headlights are OEM quality headlights at a fraction of the price. These are for your JL or Gladiator...
I just wanted to give everyone a heads up about a Jeep Parts scammer on Facebook. He posts and shares his ad’s on various Jeep groups but he doesn’t actually post in the marketplace to avoid detection by FB. He has blocked me and the other people he has tried scamming so we can’t warn others...
thanks. I guess it’s just a bug in the system. I don’t really use the current MPG reading for anything I was just confused that it would just go away like that.
I have a 2022 Gladiator Overland with the tech package and I usually keep the instrument cluster screen on the MPG screen with the colorful graph. I’ve had 2 JL’s and this JT. All had the tech package. Previously the screen had the average MPG in the center of the graph and had the current MPG...
