What others have already said,
Got the SGW connections removed to hook up the SGW extension cable by using a long screwdriver to press in the latch at the rear of each plug and I pulled down the front lip of each using the hook pick. Real easy. Getting the extension plugged in afterwards...
When I installed my Z Locker OEM bypass, it eliminated the "service axle locker”; however, the locker engage/disengage light kept blinking after turning the locker off and even when back in 2WD. I contacted Z Automotive support and they said,
"remove the Z-Locker oem and check for dirt or a...
I experienced death wobble just one time due to a bent steering stabilizer rod damaged from rock crawling.
This was the Teraflex Falcon (HD) Nexus EF 2.2 Fast Adjust Steering Stabilizer mounted in the stock location. I had it replaced with the same, but clamped above the tie RPM tie-rod...
BTW, if you ever need just the clips, Mopar has them here:

BTW, this is the same sensor used by Accuair:

I bought one to keep in my DIY Offroad Emergency Repair kit as a spare.
1)Given the issues you've outlined if you were starting from scratch again-Would you go w/the "air" system again, or w/a competitor, or perhaps a conventional non-air set-up?
I would still go with the Accuair Lift.
2)Currently the system is $7k. My local installer is saying 15hr install vs the...
I have the Accuair lift on my JT. The install was done by my 4x4 shop in February. The two issues I had after the install were too much overnight air loss in the tank due to a slow leak from the regulator. I considered two options, replace the o-rings in the regulator or install a 1/4-turn...
I've had it on my JTR since January. Dropping down to the bump stops makes it extremely easy getting in and out, but personally I would go for the power steps if that was my main need.
I did something like that. Just be careful to only drill deep enough to break through the floor. I went too deep on one and nicked a wire harness which I was able to repair...
I don’t think you will be pushing your luck. I did it last year when my JTR was still stock on 33s. Was glad I had a hitch skid though. When we went back this year it was with 37s on an Accuair lift. A lot less tail dragging with bigger tires and a lift.
Did a search for the differential bulkhead connect for the locker wiring and it comes up as not found. Any idea why?
Also, it comes up on parts.allmoparparts.com, but that appears to be a different site.
My thoughts exactly. Also be aware even on the OEM sensors, the top can separate over time. See the following:

FYI, I did a return on the sensors I bought on Amazon. When I opened the box, I found that one of the sensor's white cover had broken off. That didn't inspire a lot of confidence in the quality. On the plus side, I could see that these sensors are fully potted. Here are some pics I took...
