I was able to get under jeep and pull the caps from mating area. With the help of a light , my finger , and camera phone I see that it’s most likely the oil change kid at dealership. Thanks to all who pointed me in right direction.
So got back to house for lunch and took a look and only found oil here from dealer changing oil yesterday. I just wiped up with rag and tonight I will hit it with some brake cleaner.

Just had oil change done at dealership with just over 8,000 miles on my gladiator. Was looking over work done by local dealership to make sure no anomalies where present and I see what looks to be either the engine seal or transmission leaking ?
I would love to test out the removal side steps. I have a 24 Mojave with the factory rock rails. My wife and I try not to slide across seat as to not wear out that part of seat when getting out.
