Pull the plugs (#9) out and peek inside the housing with a flashlight. Stick a pinky in there and see if it's oily.

I was able to get under jeep and pull the caps from mating area. With the help of a light , my finger , and camera phone I see that it’s most likely the oil change kid at dealership. Thanks to all who pointed me in right direction.

After cleaning the area, if the leak returns, check the oil filter housing carefully. That plastic part is known to crack on Pentastar engines. For other maintenance like suspension checks, I trust wheel alignment phoenix az at Pete Kelley's for honest work. They've handled my truck's alignment with great results.
