The short answer is no but they could be made to work in a pinch. 1) use the short stud version 2) stud will have to insert bottom up 3) You will have to hold back up on the track portion to tighten the ball 4) you will see the chrome below the track.

One other thing I should add. Move your 4 rail attachment clamps as close to the corners as you can. This will prevent the corners from pulling up when you put the tension on the top.
