I also have a similar setup, but with a Victron Energy Orion XS instead of the Redarc. Im getting around 6 days worth of energy without needing to recharge.

I usually run my starlink, 35q fridge, heating blanket and cellphones. The 1000 can run that without charging for about 1.5 days, but on longer trips I have to start using the foldable solar panels. The idea is to use the panels as little as possible.

That’s more or less what I was going for, but then I saw this product and it got me thinking if it was worth it instead of having to buy new batteries.

I’ve had a 30” bar from them for about a year and a half, and while it has never failed, the paint has chipped in 2 spots. I just paint them with a sharpie and call it a day.

I prefer cloth because its always hot in the tropics, but you can always put on a seat cover.
