It was posted everywhere the diesel would tow 6500 pounds, however now everything says 4500 pounds??? What happened?

Given that you can only get the Eco-diesel is only available on certain trim levels for the Ram and Grand Cherokee, does anybody think it will be offered as low as the Sport S model, or will it be reserved for the higher trim levels?
