They are - except for the turn signal LEDs built into the mirror glass. Since that's not a North America thing on these, you'd have to wire that in.
But the heated part and the blind spot monitoring light are directly plug and play.
My only real beefs with them are (and my son said it's a simple fix, it's only a problem because of how they chose to handle that BSM arrow light):
In certain sunlight, that BSM light appears to actually be on - when it's not.
Unlike the stock/factory mirrors, where the BSM light is a colored LED, these are an orange reflective overlay. So bright light will make it appear lit - I have pictures of this effect.
My son said "Dad there's something wrong with your Jeep - those lights come on when there's nothing there". So we went for a long drive - and with him driving I got pictures - nothing beside us but they appeared lit.
If Suma changed it so that the LED itself was orange/amber and the mirror didn't have the orange background, it wouldn't be a problem.
The other thing is that at least with me and where I sit, my seat position (a fair ways back) I still see too much of the side of my own truck even with the mirrors fully outward. So the curve could be adjusted to show more to my left and less of my own truck. Even using the power adjust and then getting out and pushing the glass outward farther, it could be a bit better in that respect. I don't need to look down the side of my truck, would rather see a full lane to the left, especially in multi-lane highways where someone in the far left lane can cut over and be right there before you know it.
More on all that when I write up something better and get the pics up.

As far as installation - it's pretty simple. My originals came out really hard - they didn't want to let loose but that's not a problem with anything really related to the replacements - just that sometimes you have to really give a pull even if it feels like you might break something.

Not North American.
European have a light on the outside facing edge of the mirror housing.

If you have the European mirrors, likely this would be a neat extra.
You could, and I believe others have, wire it into the front turn signals, I suppose.

Yes.

one other thing I'll note in my eventual write-up -
They don't have the leads "secured" on the back of the mirror. Those unused black leads for that arrow ended up moving and showing on the side of my left mirror glass,
and
when installing, since there's no clip or securement on the leads for the BSM light, it can get in your way and interfere with the mirror just snapping in.
IF I ever trade trucks and move these to a new one, or maybe before, I'll take a dab of glue or silicone and secure the wires to the back of the mirror, let it set up and then install.
The factory wiring is so that the wires in the mirror housing push onto terminals on the back of the glass for the heat, and there's a pigtail on the back of the mirror that goes to the BSM light - that being clipped with the factory mirror, moving around freely on these. I found I was catching the wire in the clips in the housing preventing easy install. Had I forced it, I'd have damaged wires. Being in a hurry, I simply held the wire out of the way during install - should have used a touch of glue to secure it.

Red/white lead is for BSM light on the mirror - note how it's secured in a clip and the connector itself is clipped to the mirror on the factory mirrors but it dangles loose, unsecured on the SUMA mirrors.
Nice if they secured it - but simple fix with some adhesive before installation. Also prevents the wires from moving around, vibrating and maybe eventually breaking?

The push-on terminals are for the heat.
The extra black leads (2) for the turn signal arrow - unsecured, either use them or secure them in place or like mine, they'll wiggle out and show themselves.
Not sure what the copper legs are for on the factory mirrors unless those are stops of some sort??

I am considering these for my wife's JLU. She doesn't have blond spot monitoring, she only has heated mirrors. So for her's I wouldn't have the extra dangling plug you are talking about would I? And those black turn signal leads I could just cut off. Does that sound correct?

I just installed a set of these mirrors this week. The mirrors with heat only will not have any wires at all. You just disconnect the push on connectors from the OEM mirrors and push them on to the new mirrors.

Sounds right.
I'm not suggesting they aren't good - just a couple of really small things either they could address in a version 2.0, or the buyer/installer could address as far as the wires - we all have some sort of adhesives or sealers around (well, most of us probably do)

Yes, so in the case of no BSM, heat only, you simply push the factory wires onto those terminals, push the mirrors in place, DONE.
It's really that simple. Minutes to install, no real tools needed but good fingers (mine came off really hard - the factory mirrors, that is)
