Fox 2.0's w/ Collapsed Length: 16.20in Extended Length: 25.80in
If I understand that equates to just about a 1 inch difference between the factory shock and one listed above.
What I dont know is how far the factory shock is from its top at full compression.
Will I risk bottoming out the shock with this combo?
Here me out.
The reason ask, is I want to future proof my front shocks. Rears aside since they'll be 0-1.5 inch, and I dont plan on lifting the rear much if at all. My reasoning being, I despise the porpoising of the front end on the beach rides. Some day I'd like to do a 2.5" lift and slight rear spacer. But I'm not there yet. I guess I could buy everything, slap it on, flex it and measure. Then buy more bump stop if needed. ( would stink to lose uptravel ) But I'd figure I'd ask first to see if anyone has went through a similar thought process.
