It's looking like I need to find a new home for my Tentrax since I haven't used it for about 18 months. We got the Gladiator, installed a RTT, and don't really camp in the YJ anymore.
It's a 2001 model with most if not ALL options. Skid plate, 12v package, lift kit, Rub rails (I added the 3rd one to the rear) flush mount Jeep tail lights (Upgraded to LED) , 2" ball, and pintle hitch (I have also upgraded to Lock n Roll off road hitch).
I updated it with the new tent, electric brakes w/ wireless Prodigy brake controller, KYB shocks on the wheels, Installed 4" lift kit (2" and 5" can be included) 5 on 4.5" bolt pattern (Have 1.25" wheel spacers that work well with the deep backspacing of OE TJ/XJ/ZJ wheels and also wheel spacer adapters to convert to late model 5 on 5" Jeep pattern), 35x12.50 Goodyear MTR's on 15x10 ProComp wheels, Custom made storage cover, bumper hitch step, LED light strip on the interior bow w/ wireless controller, and wired for solar.....Detachable top mounted 80 watt panel, Victron bluetooth MPPT charge controller, plus exterior plug for additional solar, and East Penn Intimidator AGM Battery tests at 705 CCA's....
She could use a little bit of TLC like new fender flares, repainting the black frame areas, front reflectors, polish the aluminum wheels, maybe spray a little bedliner on the front to mask rock chips to make her 9 out of 10.....Nothing major. I'm listing as is, but will clean it up if I don't find an interested DIY buyer willing to put a weekend's worth of work into her to save some money, I'll clean it up and adjust the pricing. Cords for 4 and 6 pin trailer plugs and a 6 to 7way adapter are included to cover most situations. The brake controller is mounted on the trailer and just requires the remote be plugged into the towing vehicle's cig lighter. Pretty convenient for towing with multiple vehicles that don't have a brake controller.
I'm located in Redding, CA, but I'm also heading south to the Phoenix area next month and could possibly deliver. The buyer would have to have some serious skin in the game before I consider delivery as a buyer backing out would really screw my trip up........
This is actually production unit #1....See VIN label. I've already price below market value to help offset the time/cost to make her perfect. I'd like to get $5,000. Some pics are current and some are during mods or trips.
