2021 Gladiator Mojave 5800 miles already needs new trans

Hiya all, as listed above 2021 mojave never towed anything, No mods... 2300 miles they replaced engine module, and valves. Due to rpms hanging and automatic not changing gears all the time... still doing all of the above and now they are putting in a new Trans.. anyone else have this issue?
