2021 steering issue

Took my 2021 build date 9/20 in for excessive play in steering. Shop foreman took it for a test drive with me and states the steering feels normal. It ABSOLUTELY does not feel normal. I’m assuming my next step is to return to dealer does anyone have any advice on how to get any further with the deal regarding this issue?
