It took a week to figure out where the air was getting in. I taped off different areas around the passenger side trim and even the windshield. Finally found that air was creeping in around the pillar 3/4 of the way up the windshield. I bought some marine and automotive weather stripping from Lowes and laid the windshield down and snugged it next to the factory weather stripping. Worked like a charm. Jeep needs to be a bit more observant on the quality control of this. At 35 mph you hear it clearly and something like that should never be overlooked. I hope this help a few ppl.
