2023 Gladiator Rubicon Lift/Tire/Wheel Question

I have a 2023 Gladiator Rubicon with towing kit. I want to install a Clayton 2.5 inch lift kit with Goodrich Mud Terrain 37x12.50x17 inch tires on 8.5 inch wide wheels. What offset or backspacing should be run on the wheel for clearances? Should I be concerned about rubbing?

For every one inch of wheel / tire width you add, you want to increase your negative offset by a half inch (13 mm) to stay at or near even.
Stock Rubicon rims are +44 mm and 7.5" wide. Stock tires are 11.5" wide.

Note that all of the added width ends up to the outside, because the offset was reduced accordingly.
