Hi everyone! 1st post here in the forum. I took a big risk on a powered seat upgrade for my 2024 Willys. There didn't seem to be much information on compatibility and harness/BCM requirements so I just rolled the dice. Came across a cherry set of black leather 2024 Sahara Powered heated seats. The stock seats in the Willys suck and are truly uncomfortable. I noticed when I removed the stockers that the seat harness plug on the seat was minimally wired compared to the body harness plug. Since the Sahara seats were from a totaled Sahara, the side airbag circuit was open on each seat, but the bag had never popped on either seat. (I'm still trying to figure that out). I cut the bag circuit on each seat to retain the plug for the BCM harness and I soldered in a 2.5 ohm resistor to mimic the bag circuit for each seat. Set both seats in place and plugged them up. Started the truck and got no airbag warnings. I had been advised that I might need to relocate the occupancy sensor bag from the old seats to the new seats since there was a possibility that they may be coded to the VIN, however this was not the case. Everything works, all axis power and lumbar as well as the heat. So if anyone is looking to upgrade their 2024 manual seats to power, I'd say go for it. Thanks!

Yes. Everything was in the BCM plug, even for the heat and the lumbar.
