Sold: Texas 23zero RTT and Awning

We are building our JL into our camping vehicle and I will no longer need my RTT or awning. I have a ton of extras and this stuff is barely used.

Tent and awning have around 20% heat rejection and with all windows closed is pitch black inside even in the middle of the day. Will make a deal for both.

23Zero 62" Breezeway with the short and tall annexes as well as 2 extensions to fit whatever you are mounting this on. I also have a Gear Loft, ladder rung covers, 23zero fitted matress sheet and winter insulation liner that goes inside the tent. The winter insulation liner works great. We have used it in 14 degree weather with a wind chill down to 2 degrees and didn't need any additional heat supply. Tent and all accessories are less than a year old and have only been used on 4 trips that never extended beyond a week. 3 trips were just weekend trips and 1 week was in Ouchita. Tent was always kept in garage when not in use.

23Zero Peregrine 180 Awning with Walls.


Bought it over the summer and just haven't used it much. I think we have rigged it out 3 times for a day or 2 each time. $600 takes it

Just North of Houston in Conroe but I can drive to meet within reason (being that Texas is so big). Long distance depends on negotiated price and or near by amenities (trails) that I could turn the trip into a mini family trip.

The bars mounted over the cab were Rhino Rack gutter mounted bars and I do not have those any longer because they had issued that couldn't be resolved where they kept slipping and coming off the gutters. The gutter mounts metal clamp that holds to the bottom of the rain gutter is not angled appropriately which results in them slipping outward. Rhino Rack I guess assumed the rubber pieces that is merely just adhered to the metal would be sufficient but that was not the case in my experience.

I do however have the alucab load bars that are in the last few pictures that I would consider selling with the tent if the awning was purchased too. I would throw in the front runner tent quick disconnects too at that point to make mounting much easier on the buyer.
