3 check engine lights

2021 willys gladiator took delivery of vehicle in March. Since then I have had 3 check engine lights. 1 bad o2 sensor the first trip. 1 bad o2 sensor and valve cover gasket the second trip. This last trip 1 bad o2 sensor and catalytic converter. Oh also went in for an oil change last week found out my rear axle seal is leaking. All parts are on back order and truck has under 8300 miles
Oh and also the start stop system has given me issues but can never replicate it at the dealer.

What where the codes for the check engine lights? Sounds like they are shooting a parts cannon for a misfire issue.

The second time in was p0171, p0137, p2096

Can't find the paper work for the first time but similar to the 2nd time.
