Also with the incentives can someone can confirm if the incentive is based on the dealer location or the location the vehicle is registered? I had one dealership tell me it's based on where the vehicle is registered and another one that told me it's only based on dealer location....

That’s a good question, I live and my dealer are in the same general location.

I ordered from one of the often mentioned high volume internet order dealers here in MD. Their finance person told me it was tied to my location/the address we were putting on the paperwork where it would be registered. The notes on the Jeep site refer to "residency restrictions" which would be where you live and not where the dealer is.
