Hello, running 38" nitto ridge grapplers on the Dana 44s that came with my 2022 Rubicon. I upgraded to rear axle shafts to 4340 Chromoly Steel versions which should be stronger but does anyone know how much? Do people still bend / break splines with these? Can I drive like a dick with my 5.13s or do I have to be conservative?

First, heat treat also matters. Second, there are other weak points such as ring and pinion. As you get numerically high, the pinion gets smaller with fewer teeth.
