Recently on my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Willys occasionally and sporadically my service 4WD light comes on immediately followed by my service Transmission light. Had it to two different dealers and haven’t been able to diagnose/fix it yet. Has anyone else ran into this and have any insights on what it could be?

I would start with the connector on the FAD motor. Inspect the connection and make sure it is fully seated.

Sounds electrical to me.
Today, as a proactive step, I got under the passenger front wheel liner and took apart the TCM connector and the big a$$ FAD connector and flushed out the pins out with electrical cleaner DeoxIT D5 followed by DeoxIT Sn5 and put them back together. This just ensures great pin contact and trouble free communication.

As @Hootbro also indicates,
check your FAD connector for good connectivity
