7" Radio Part Numbers

Does anybody know the difference between the different part numbers for the 7" radios without Sirius? I'm looking to upgrade from the 5". I have found 5 different one's that I have no idea what the difference is. A few of them say "Digital Audio Broadcasting". Looking that up, it sounds a lot like HD Radio but my understanding is the 7's don't have that. Any clarity on this would be much appreciated!
