8.4 radio/ control screen help please

I have 20 gladiator the screen freezes usually when the back up cam if on. It will reboot or restart itself then work fine I may go months between it doing and sometimes every day, any ideas on the fix, is the screen itself or something else? Thanks for any input.

Mine did the same up until the other day. I decided to do a factory reset while sitting in my driveway. So far so good…. I have 2025 tho…
