Radio/ screen worries

2020 JT rubicon and yesterday the screen froze with my back camera on and restarted it self several times sometimes the audio screen would come up but not work it after about 3 or 4 restarts that it was doing on its own it stared working correctly. Any ideas? Thanks

What radio you have? 7.0 or 8.4?

The 8.4 had a major update pushed to them a couple years ago to get them at or above version 40.1. This update fixed a lot of niggle issues with the units.

It a 8.4 and we had a 18 jl and the update killed that unit I went round and round with dealer but ended up paying since I was out of 3 year 36,000 miles. Thanks and good info.

I was having very similar issues with mine a couple of months ago. I uninstalled the Tazer, thinking it was the problem, but that didn't fix it. I reinstalled the Tazer, remarried, and followed the instructions to do a FULL REBOOT from the Tazer menu. Its been two months since, with no more issues. Cant say it'll fix your problem, but worth a try.
