8.4 Upgrade from 7" Do you need 68293962AA for LTE connected services?

As the title states, I am trying to figure out getting connected services activated so I can use remote start on my phone app. I upgraded to an 8.4" from a 7" and everything works great. With my Tazer I have offroad pages and Travel Link working. I would like to be able to get uconnect working but I can't register by mail or get the assist button to call. I have not had the dealer update anything. I have the VIN of my Jeep and the wrecked Gladiator that the head unit came out of.

I am wondering if ordering the 68293962AA LTE Antenna would allow me to connect. In the top left it shows a few bars on LTE but I don't have that antenna from the factory. (that I know of)

Note: Even if I can't get this to work... I love it and it was totally worth the upgrade.
