Sadly I've traded in my JTR for a F150 (needed to tow more than 7k lb). My loss is your gain.

I'm selling new-in-the-box 8" high truck bed rails from BillieBars. These are the kind that require you to have a Cargo Rail (would have worked w/ MOPAR cargo rail or the BuiltRight one I had). Compatible with many tonneau covers. Mount your rooftop tent, baskets, bikes, etc. Never been installed, never opened the box. All hardware included (though you need to have your own cargo rail system).

They do. What that means is the hardware kit is for the trail rail / cargo rail; they sell complete kits for trucks either with or without a trail rail. If you don't have it you could reach out to the BillieBars team and ask if there's an inexpensive kit you could buy with just the "other" hardware to use for direct (clamp) mount to the bed.
