This rack isn't adjustable, but since it's all aluminum, and the crossbar bracket comes off, it's pretty easy to mod to your needs... you can basically make it any height or width, clamp it to the rails or bolt it down, and it's got t-slots on the uprights that could be used for for mounting stuff... maybe a unistrut or two?
